Welcome!
I am Julia Schwartz, a student of the HWS Leads Practicum. HWS Leads has been an influential institution on campus that helped channel my future aspirations and models of leadership
This semester I was elected the first Post Office student leader as part of IT Services.
As part of my senior portfolio, I outlined daily policies and procedures, sat in on interviews and analyzed leadership.

So what?
The Hobart and William Smith Leadership Program has established a light within my life that I will cherish forever. I plan to continue my advocacy for others with a MA in Human Rights, Ethics and Peace at American University in the Fall of 2019.
