Ethical Statement and Leadership
Statement from Julia:
Taking a step back from reality and placing yourself in someone else’s shoes can go a long way. When working with 2,600 students and hundreds of faculty, leaders must be inclusive of all. I do not take people at face value, but as a complete package. No stereotypes, discriminations, or persecutions. Sometimes I think everyone should have the opportunity to have a little piece of sight taken away in order to really see the big picture.
Leadership Philosophy

Commonly asked Q's:
-
What is leadership?
-
Leadership is a liaison between the general population and directors to achieve goals and develop the cohabited space. It aims to leverage one side over another. But most importantly, it engages in new innovations.

-
What is an example of your ability to communicate?
-
Communication cannot be one dimensional. It must include a multi-platform service of inclusion that involves all levels within the company. I recommend group me or slack it! A more casual communication channel reduces stratifications.

-
How will HWS leads carry on to the next stage post-HWS?
